From Idea to Object: How Custom Orders Work

The most personal pieces in any home are the ones that exist nowhere else. Custom work is where 3D printing beats every other way of making décor: there is no mould to pay for, no minimum quantity — a run of one is the natural unit.
It starts with a brief. Send us anything: a sketch on paper, a photo of something you love, a description in a WhatsApp message. The strongest briefs tell us three things — roughly what it should look like, where it will live (a shelf? a wall? outdoors?), and its rough size. Everything else is our job to propose.
Next comes the model. We draw your piece in CAD and send you rendered previews from multiple angles. This is the stage for opinions — bolder, softer, taller, simpler. Revisions at the model stage cost nothing but conversation, which is exactly why we do them before any plastic melts.
Once you approve the design, we choose the material and settings together, and the piece goes to print. Depending on size and detail this takes anywhere from a few hours to a few days, followed by finishing — support removal, sanding, and quality checks. Then it is packed and shipped, pan-India, with international delivery available for custom commissions.
One honest note: because a custom piece is made once, for you, all custom sales are final — so we deliberately over-communicate at the preview stage. By the time your piece is printing, there should be no surprises left. Ready when you are: write to us and tell us what you are imagining.
