01 / How We Ship
All orders are fulfilled through Shiprocket, our logistics platform. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days; heavier or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation, which is noted on the product page.
Once dispatched, you receive a tracking reference and can follow the shipment on the Shiprocket tracking portal — or right here on this page, signed in to your account.
02 / Timelines & Costs
We ship pan-India. International shipping is available for custom orders — duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility and are calculated at the border.
03 / Damage in Transit
Every object leaves our studio inspected and packed to withstand its journey. All sales are final and we do not accept returns — however, if a shipment arrives damaged, contact smarthsingla06@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. Verified transit damage is resolved with a replacement, claimed through Shiprocket.
