We collect only what the store needs to function:

• Account details — name and email address, when you create an account.
• Order details — items purchased, shipping address, and contact email, when you place an order.
• Cookies — a session cookie to keep you signed in and a cart cookie to remember what you have selected. Nothing is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your information is used solely to fulfil orders, provide access to your account and order history, respond to enquiries, and meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information — ever.

Shipping details (name, address, contact number where provided) are shared with our logistics partner Shiprocket for the single purpose of delivering your order. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers. No other third parties receive your data unless the law requires it.

Order records are retained for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Account data is retained until you ask us to delete it. Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes; sessions are signed and expire automatically.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and its data. Write to smarthsingla06@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes materially, we will note it here with a new effective date. Continued use of the G-Code Interiors site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
